She launched A 25 Hour Day, LLC, a Peoria, Illinois – based professional services firm, after spending more than a decade managing projects in the private and public nonprofit sectors.

What does Joy do? She helps small businesses with planning, systems and accountability to enable them to work smarter. She has discovered that many small organizations as well as large regional firms invest time, energy and financial resources every day without the benefit of any significant pre-planning. In most work environments, where everyone is challenged to do more with less, mistakes can be costly, causing performance fall significantly short of actual potential. When Joy was looking for someone to handle the bookkeeping aspect of her business, she realized that turning over her finances to the right person was critical.
